CANCELLATION POLICY

Beauty & The Wax — Cancellation Policy •At Beauty & The Wax, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients fairly, we require advance notice for any appointment changes. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. • This notice allows us the opportunity to fill the reserved appointment time with another client. • Any cancellation, reschedule, or no-show made within 48 hours of the original appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. • We’d love to continue serving you at Beauty & The Wax. Any outstanding no-call/no-show or late cancellation fees must be paid in full before future appointments may be booked. Late Arrivals • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to respect the next client’s appointment time. • If the service cannot be completed due to lateness, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full to the card on file. Provider-Initiated Cancellations • In the rare event that Beauty & The Wax must cancel your appointment, you will receive a 50% courtesy discount toward your next service. Full Body Wax services are excluded from this offer. • This discount is intended to compensate for the inconvenience caused, while helping offset product preparation and operational costs already incurred. • The discount is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or offers.
