About Beauty & The Wax🌹 Beauty & The Wax is a woman-owned waxing studio specializing in Brazilian and body waxing in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Founded by Araina Castro, licensed esthetician, the studio focuses on helping guests feel confident, smooth, and well cared for through professional waxing services and attention to detail. Waxing removes hair from the root, leaving skin smoother longer than shaving. For best results, hair should be about ¼ inch long, and most guests return every 4–6 weeks to maintain smooth results. If you are using retinol, Retin-A, Accutane, or strong acne medications, please inform your esthetician before your appointment, as these can make skin more sensitive to waxing. CANCELLATION POLICY
Beauty & The Wax — Cancellation Policy At Beauty & The Wax, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients fairly, we require advance notice for any changes. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled appointment time. • This notice allows us the opportunity to fill the time slot with another client. • Any cancellation, reschedule, or no-show within 72 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s appointment. • If the service cannot be completed due to lateness, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full. Provider-Initiated Cancellations • In the rare event that Beauty & The Wax must cancel your appointment, you will receive a 50% discount toward your next service. • This discount reflects compensation for your time, while the remaining balance covers product, preparation, and operational costs. • The discount is non-transferable. Booking Agreement By booking an appointment with Beauty & The Wax, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of booking.
